Advanced Architectural Products (A2P) is a West Michigan-based innovator and manufacturer that pioneered the composite metal hybrid category in building envelope construction: combining the structural integrity of steel with the thermal properties of composite fiberglass materials to create sub-framing systems unlike anything previously available on the market. GreenGirt CMH™ is a family of continuous insulation systems that pairs structural CMH sub-framing with compatible accessories and in-house engineering support, eliminating thermal bridging across a wide range of insulation materials. GreenGirt Steel™ delivers continuous insulation support through a steel-based system, offering a robust solution for projects where steel is the sub-framing of choice. SMARTci® takes it further as a complete, single-pass building enclosure system that is air-tight, water-tight, and 92–99% thermally efficient — delivering R-values up to 50% higher than competitive systems and satisfying all eight industry best practices for continuous insulation performance.

A2P's commitment to innovation extends beyond its products. The company operates a large R&D laboratory/manufacturing facility, offers a robust suite of digital design tools, and is a founding member of RAiNA (the Rainscreen Association in North America).
