Our company

Every day, our 160 employees at two locations transform thousands of PET bottles into sophisticated and aesthetically pleasing acoustic products: from simple partitions to complex ceiling structures.

All products are based on our ARCHISONIC® material line and are available in carefully selected colours. Specializing in custom solutions, we produce all of our products just-in-time and to customer specifications.

Our story

In 2019, Sven Erni and Jeffrey Ibañez founded our company with a mission to make a real difference in the architecture and design industry. Our focus on sustainable development and innovative design has been the driving force behind our success.

Just one year after our founding, we launched ARCHISONIC® Felt, our own Cradle-to-Cradle Certified® acoustic absorber that forms the basis of all our products. In order to produce more locally and with lower emissions, we recently opened a third manufacturing facility in the US, in addition to our Philippines and our main facility in Italy. A dedicated prototyping lab is also located in Switzerland, which plays a key role in driving innovation and refining our product designs.

Our mission

We believe that upcycling bottles is only a small part of the solution in the fight against plastic pollution. That's why we've taken a bold step towards a global ban on PET bottles, with the goal of making our felt products obsolete for future generations.

In the meantime, we've decided to no longer supply our products to the five biggest polluters of plastic bottles: Coca-Cola, Suntory, Danone, PepsiCo, and Nestlé. At our company, we're dedicated to making a positive impact on the environment and the future of our planet.
