The Arctic Salmon Center – A landmark on the ocean shore
Perched on the rocky shoreline of Skutvik, Norway, the Arctic Salmon Center needed a façade that both reflects its aquaculture focus and endures harsh coastal weather. By selecting robust STENI Vision panels, architects created a custom print pattern that emulates shimmering salmon scales, allowing the building to blend seamlessly into its maritime surroundings. Subtle colour shading reduces the apparent height and softens the structure’s profile, while the stone‑composite panels provide impact and frost resistance with a long‑term warranty.
