Who we are

We are Maurizio and Silvia and we like to think of ourselves as the “Conductors of a special orchestra”. At Elesi Luce, each component makes its own contribution, like a musician playing his instrument; here, however, the instruments are the instruments of production, design and customer relations. As far as we’re concerned, it’s much more than just a job: we are passionate about our work and every lighting product contains a part of us: ideas, intuitions, time taken to study and reflect, solutions. We like to think that the people who buy our products also share our idea of light.

Story
Considering our shared passion for music we define ourselves an orchestra of 10 instruments; everybody with his specialty: mechanic, assembly, packaging, warehouse, customer service, supply chain, purchase. All activities are coordinated by orchestra conductors Maurizio and Silvia.
