Wilkins 38-740 Carbonated Beverage Backflow Preventer

Dual Check Valve with Vent designed for installation on carbonated beverage dispensing systems, as well as non-carbonated systems, to prevent Carbon dioxide (CO ) gas or carbonated water from coming in contact with copper potable water supply line. Integral strainer to prevent debris from fouling checks.

Specification

  • The Carbonated Beverage Backflow Preventer shall be certified to NSF/ANSI 372, rated for 150 PSI. The body and tailpiece shall be stainless steel, series 300, and the elastomers shall be Silicone and Buna Nitrile (FDA Approved). The Carbonated Beverage Backflow shall include an integral stainless steel strainer screen. The Carbonated Beverage Backflow Preventer shall be a ZURN Wilkins Model 740.
