Tile Waterproofing Membrane - HS200

High performance cement based waterproofing membrane

UZIN HS 200 is a flexible one-component, cement-based waterproofing membrane for tile and stone in interior, exterior, commercial, residential, and immersion applications. Used as a crack-isolation membrane, UZIN HS 200 also reduces crack transmission in tile and stone floors.

- Over properly prepared concrete, masonry, cement mortar beds, and leveling coat
- Over tile industry recommended backer boards
- Over gypsum wallboard (interior)
- Over industry-standard plywood (interior, dry conditions)
- Over radiant heated substrates
- Over UZIN brand surface preparation products where applicable
- For use in showers, bathrooms, nursing homes, hotels, kitchens, laundry rooms, pools, spas, walkways, pool decks, balconies, building facades, fountains
- For use in steam rooms or steam showers when used in conjunction with a vapor barrier (perm rating 0.1 or less ASTM E-96 Procedure A)
- For contact with Schluter® Kerdi, Kerdi Drain, and other Schluter® components
- For immersion and exterior applications, excellent freeze-thaw, aging, and fatigue resistance
- To prevent in-plane floor cracks from transmitting through tile or stone
