Ventilplus® Insulation Panel

The Ventilplus® panel is an EPS insulation panel of the Neopor® type, reinforced and continuously co-sintered with two steel sheets, designed for the construction of micro-ventilated roofs with high thermal insulation performance. Ideal for energy efficiency interventions, it ensures compliance with technical standards for reducing building energy consumption. The Ventilplus® panel allows safe installation in a single operation, combining the thermal insulation layer with the supporting structures required for securing the roof covering. It can be used as an insulating system for pitched roofs, with thicknesses ranging from 50 to 200 mm, plus 20 mm of “Z” projection on the extrados. Ventilplus® panels are manufactured using graphite-enhanced EPS (Neopor®) for improved thermal conductivity and feature the typical male/female tongue-and-groove joints, ensuring perfect alignment and interlocking of the elements. A key feature of the Ventilplus® system is SCF’s exclusive production technology: galvanized steel runners (8/10 mm thick) shaped in a “Z” profile, embedded and co-sintered with the polystyrene, providing unique characteristics of strength and ease of handling. SCF’s Ventilplus® panels are supplied in a standard length of 3.30 m, but can also be custom-cut to site dimensions on request, offering significant economic and logistical advantages. The Ventilplus® panels are also available in the ECO version, produced using raw materials such as Neopor® BMBcert™, which valorizes waste and utilizes materials following the biomass balance approach. The ECO version employs recycled materials from Certified Renewable Feedstock, ensuring compliance with minimum environmental criteria (C.A.M. Building 23.06.2022 Prot. 2.5.7).
