SCF is a company founded in 1982 which has been operating in the construction sector for over forty years, standing out for its reliability, expertise, and innovative spirit. For two generations, the company has been a benchmark in metal carpentry, the pre-shaping of steel for reinforced concrete, and the production of S.E.R.-type lattice beams, always in full compliance with the technical and quality standards of the industry.

In 1998, with a forward-looking vision, SCF – Sistemi Costruttivi Futuri was established as a division specialized in the development of EPS (Expanded Sintered Polystyrene) construction systems, designed to meet the needs of contemporary building. The goal behind this evolution is to offer high-performance solutions capable of combining structural quality, environmental sustainability, and safety.

SCF launched the exclusive production for Southern Italy of the Plastbau Metal floor system and, over time, developed numerous patented products, including:

• AIRCRAB, a ventilated crawl space system made of BASF Neopor®

• Partition wall panels for internal partitions using the CUBE floor system with cross reinforcement

• Ventiplus thermal insulation panels for roofing

• H2Wall®, a highly technological construction element for the realization of reinforced concrete walls with distributed reinforcement, featuring integrated technical insulation

These systems are currenty one of the best responses to the needs of more efficient, safer, and sustainability-oriented construction.
