General Fittings has over 45 years of expertise in brass processing, with a fully Made in Italy production cycle based on certified materials. We machine all major brass alloys using high-quality bars to ensure production consistency, dimensional accuracy, and compliance with environmental standards.
Our transfer and multispindle departments, supported by anthropomorphic robots and Industry 4.0 monitoring systems, perform multi-operation machining, precision turning, and continuous process control. The fully automated TRANSFER Department handles high-volume production while maintaining tight tolerances and repeatability.
The in-house Mechanical Department designs and manufactures production equipment, ensuring quick intervention and high operational flexibility.
Quality control is integrated throughout the process: each component is assembled on robotic islands with vision systems, which verify dimensional and functional conformity. This combination of technology, automation, and specialized expertise ensures fittings that are reliable, stable, and suitable for demanding plumbing and HVAC applications.
