T. Rowe Price, a global investment management firm, recently opened its new 550,000 square foot global headquarters at Harbor Point in Baltimore. Situated in a premier location along the waterfront, the two-tower, seven-story, LEED-certified building was designed with connection, sustainability, and community engagement in mind. Featured amenities indoors include meeting spaces, a conference center, an auditorium, floor-to-ceiling windows providing panoramic views of the harbor, and a rooftop terrace. Outdoors, several F+S products help create welcoming open spaces for visitors and tenants to enjoy. In selecting the illuminated Helio Security Bollards, landscape architect Richard Jones, ASLA, PLA, of iO Studio says "The project required a design solution that was both undeniably contemporary but also spoke to the industrial history of the site. In specifying the Helio Bollard, we were able to add a site element to the landscape which complimented the project’s award-winning architecture by contrasting its dark facade with a refined, elegant, and at the same time, efficient execution. The sleek lines of the Helio bollard lend to an entry experience that is elevated and sophisticated whether visitors arrive by day or night."
