Boxicon är en svensk tillverkar av fastighetsboxar och digitala fastighetsboxar för den Nordiska marknaden. Hög kvalitet, kundtrygghet och miljötänk i alla beslut är våra riktmärken och avspeglar sig alltid i våra produkter.

Våra patenterade konstruktioner gör att vi sparar in råmaterial till fastighetsboxarna, vilket gör de lättare viktmässigt, men också betydligt mer robusta och inbrottssäkra. Det gör inte bara att våra produkter blir enklare att transportera och installera - utan vårt koldioxidavtryck blir så lite som 50% mot många andra tillverkare i branschen.

Söderport

Peab and Grundingen Fastigheter developed new rental apartments in the Söderport area in Norrköping, Sweden. With a modern wooden façade and a focus on minimizing environmental impact, the client chose to install mailbox systems from Boxicon. The architects for the project were ÅWL Arkitekter and Enter Arkitekter.

With production located in Västervik, just 100 km from the construction site, the project benefited from locally manufactured mailbox systems. The project was later sold to Trenum and Balder, who will manage the residential properties going forward.

The model used is Boxicon Ute, manufactured entirely from hot-dip galvanized steel sheet (DX51D+Z275), providing very high corrosion protection. The locks are frost-resistant, and the paint—also produced in Sweden—is UV-resistant and specifically designed for outdoor use.

For this project, the architect chose the Boxicon Ute model to be powder-coated in RAL 3007 (Black Red).
