White Stone Independent Living Senior Housing Project

White Stone is a graceful senior living community also referred to as a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), offering active living, independent living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, memory care, and in-home care services. The not-for-profit organization provides a feeling of independence and security while providing support and peace of mind. Complying with the requirements of aging-in-place constructions was a challenge for SFCS Architects for Senior Living Design. It was crucial to make showers easy to clean, safe, and accessible for active adult communities.

Comfort Designs provided independent living products featuring anti-slip technology for bathing areas to increase safety and improve water management.
