Quiet-Duct Wrap™ - Recycled Cotton Acoustical Duct Wrap

Quiet-Duct Wrap™ - Recycled Cotton Acoustical Duct Wrap

Quiet-Duct Wrap: High-Performance Thermal & Acoustic Insulation

Quiet-Duct Wrap is a versatile, lightweight insulation solution used for superior thermal and acoustic control. Faced with a pure aluminum foil and rated Class A for fire safety, this high-performance blanket-type insulation is ideal for a wide range of commercial and residential ductwork applications.

Crafted from natural cotton fibers (completely free of fiberglass) Quiet-Duct Wrap eliminates the itch and skin irritation commonly associated with traditional insulations. All of the fiber is treated with an EPA-registered anti-microbial agent to deliver robust resistance against mold, mildew, fungi, and pests, while enhancing overall fire protection.

Key Benefits:

  • Exceptional Sound Absorption – Reduces mechanical noise and improves acoustic environments
  • Thermal Efficiency – Minimizes unwanted heat gain or loss
  • Non-Irritating – Safe and comfortable to handle; no fiberglass, no itching
  • Anti-Microbial Protection – Prevents microbial growth for improved air quality
  • Ease of Installation – Flexible, lightweight, and easy to cut or fit in tight spaces
  • Long-Term Durability – Maintains performance in demanding environments

The foil-facing forms an effective vapor barrier, reflecting radiant heat and shielding against air currents and moisture intrusion—ensuring consistent, high-efficiency thermal and acoustic performance over time.
