These 22-storey office towers in Arlington, VA became the world’s largest new build to achieve LEED® Platinum Certification when they were completed in 2024. Considering the project goal of LEED Platinum certification, it was natural to include bird friendly glass in the project. The skyscraper required over 50,000 square feet of AviProtek® E bird friendly glass, which combines visual markers on surface 1 with an energy-efficient coating on surface 2.
