Use Case: Senior Living Community – Tysons, Virginia USA: The Mather, a landmark Senior Living Community project, located just minutes from Washington, D.C., required a parking solution that could deliver high capacity, operational efficiency, and long-term reliability for their valet operations—all within a limited footprint. KLAUS Multiparking America provided a quantity of 130 three-level stacker systems (no pit) to create 390 parking spaces. These systems are purpose-built for valet operations, short-and long-term vehicle storage, and car display needs. The three-level stacker design allowed the project team to triple parking capacity without excavation, delivering a cost-effective, space-saving solution ideally suited to the property’s valet service model. With smooth operation, robust engineering, and minimal maintenance requirements, these systems offer both convenience for daily use and flexibility for special events or visitor parking. This installation showcases how KLAUS Multiparking’s mechanical stackers can help senior living communities—and other developments—maximize parking efficiency, streamline operations, and enhance the resident and guest experience.
