Flanged Pipe 10ga

Nordfab® ducting is used in dust, mist, and fume collection systems. Contaminated air from machinery or processes is conveyed through the Flanged Pipe and other Nordfab ducting to a collector / filter, resulting in cleaner air in workspaces.

Nordfab® 10 gauge Flanged Duct Pipe is excellent for highly abrasive materials / high wear applications or other applications where dust collection ducting may need to be extra sturdy. 10 gauge material provides that extra durability.

Our 10 gauge Pipe has a plasma welded seam which provides a leak-free seal. Elimination of air leakage makes a dust collection system more efficient, providing savings on energy costs.

The rotational industry-standard Angle Flanges on our Flanged Pipes are retained by Van Stone lips on the pipe ends. Pipe length is nominally 5′.

Galvanized steel construction
Nordfab pipe is available with QF ends in diameters up to 24", and other end types and optional material gauges include standard 22 and 20, 14, 18, 16, and 12.

2. Basis-of-Design Product: Subject to compliance with requirements, provide Nordfab Ducting, LLC; Quick Fit (QF) Duct.
B. Connection Joints: Joint types are fabricated in accordance with SMACNA's "HVAC Duct Construction Standards - Metal and Flexible," for static-pressure class, applicable sealing requirements, materials involved, duct-support intervals, and other provisions in SMACNA's "HVAC Duct Construction Standards - Metal and Flexible."
1. Quick Fit Joints in Ducts 3 to 24 inches (76 to 510 mm) in diameter. Flange: Optional.
2. Flanged Joints in All Ducts Greater than 24 inches (610 mm) in diameter.
C. Longitudinal Seams: Seam types are fabricated in accordance with SMACNA's "HVAC Duct Construction Standards - Metal and Flexible," Figure 3-2, "Round Duct Longitudinal Seams," for static-pressure class, applicable sealing requirements, materials involved, duct-support intervals, and other provisions in SMACNA's "HVAC Duct Construction Standards - Metal and Flexible."
1. Fabricated round ducts 3 to 24 inches (76 to 510 mm) in diameter to have laser-welded or plasma-welded longitudinal seams.
2. Fabricated round ducts above 24 inches (610 mm) in diameter to have plasma-welded longitudinal seams.
