Underlayment for Shingles and Tile Roofs

A new roof requires more than just shingles. It’s a cohesive, coordinated system of 5 parts: 1) shingles, 2) underlayment, 3) ice and water barrier, 4) starter shingles, and 5) hip & ridge shingles.

Underlayment sits under the shingle and provides a vapor barrier covering the entire roof.
