4737 _ Thermostatic mixing valve for hot domestic water with female thread

Thermostatic mixing valves are mainly employed in sanitary systems allowing for the instantaneous mixing of inflowing fluids guaranteeing at the outflow : the set temperature value, the pressure and flow rate withdrawn by the utilities.

The mixing occurs by means of a thermostatic ceramic component which, upon contact with water, undergoes a variation in volume that determines the correct water supply of inflowing hot and cold water and, consequently, the regulation of the set outflowing water temperature.

Thermostatic mixing valves are equipped with and anti-scolding function, which in case the cold water flow is interrupted, completely shuts off the passage of the fluid within 5 seconds or 200 ml.
