Vetonit - Vetotop CL530 - Cementitious self leveling underlayment 2-10mm thick

Vetotop CL530 is a single component cementitious floor self-leveling underlayment composed of special cement, selected aggregates, and special additives. It is supplied as a dry powder in pre-weighed bags ready to use on-site. Once mixed, it will form a cohesive self smoothening honey-like flowing mortar applied in thicknesses between 2 and 10 mm, giving a super flat finish ready to receive final floor coverings including tiles, carpets, resinous flooring systems, parquet, ...etc.

The system comprises:

• Layer 1: Substrate - Concrete Slab
• Layer 2: Primer - Vetobond PB433 - Polyvinyl acetate (PVAc)-based bonding agent and sealer
• Layer 3: Self-leveling underlayment - Vetotop CL530 - Premixed cementitious floor self-leveling underlayment 2-10 mm thick
• Layer 4: Floor Covering - Floor coverings such as carpet, parquet, tiles, vinyl, etc.

Uses:

• Leveling of concrete slabs before the application of final floor coverings such as tiles and resinous systems.
• As a substrate for vinyl tiles, parquet, carpet, and floor coverings that require super-flat substrates.
