Fence pallas security

The Pallas security post combines high security with fast installation. Fence panels can be hung from a fastener and secured later when all panels are in place. Each steel post comprises a cast iron plate fitted in a PA66+PA6 flame-retardant housing, fixed with a one way bolt or shear bolt. The fastener system is secured by a high torque rivet nut in the post. The connections have been tested to withstand 5 minutes of attack with Resistance Class 3 (RC3) tools per connection. The posts come in pre-defined lengths to best suit the fence panel height and installation requirements:

• Regular long posts are rammed deep into the ground and optionally secured in a self-poured concrete foundation
• Posts with an optional base plate are attached with chemical anchors to pre-poured concrete pads at ground level.
• The sturdy (60 x 40 x 2 mm profile) post is available hot-dip galvanized, or pre-galvanized and RAL powder coated.

The security post is combined with the Pallas fence panel. This combines the transparency and versatility of chain link fences with the strength and appearance of bar fencing. The mesh panels have vertical 6 mm diameter wires supported between two 8 mm diameter horizontal wires (8-6-8 format). Vertical wires are spaced at 50 mm intervals and horizontal wires at 200 mm intervals. Higher fences have an anti-climb option where the vertical wires protrude 30 mm through the top horizontal wires.

Available in single panel heights up to 2430 mm, vertical panel systems can be stacked to reach heights up to 6000 mm as standard. This fully welded fence is available as hot-dip galvanized or pre-galvanized and RAL powder coated. The Pallas fence panel is combined with a Heras fence post of choice (with or without base plate), to create a shippingoptimised modular construction enabling flexible installation in customer specific solutions.
