Flow Heat Pump

Our heat pump utilizes trans-critical CO2 refrigeration technology. Models C-H provide a wide range of building central machinery options. The heat pump can be configured as air source, water source, geothermal, or energy storage either separately or at the same time. Engineers can select 2 to 12 pipe variations. Up to two heating and up to two cooling heat exchangers can be selected. These can be single wall, double wall, or NSF61 DHW potable. Operational range for exterior applications is -40 to 120 F. Standard cooling is 0 to 75 F. Options for cooling to -20 F and below are available. Standard heating is 90 to 180 F. These are just setpoints and deltas have a wide range of 5 to over 100 F depending on application. Turn down is 8% and each heating or cooling load can be varied independently 0-100%. Variable of constant water flow is possible. This single heat pump can replace chillers, boilers, DHW heaters, energy recovery, and energy storage with a single adaptable central plant platform. Having a single equipment solution is not only cost effective construction, but also highest energy efficiency. Controls are BACnet ready
