    2" x 4" Flex-C Plate is designed to make life easier for the builder needing to construct curved walls.

    • Pivotal sections make it easy to shape Flex-C Plate by hand
    • Slidable straps allow the pivotal sections to be secured with self-tapping screws
    • Another option for securing the radius is to screw through the prepunched holes in the bottom of the overlapping plates
    • Outside radius of 7 inches can be formed
    • Wood or Metal studs work equally well with Flex-C Plate
    • 20 gauge

    Technical Information for 2 x 4 Plate

    Channel:
    • ASTM A653, hot dipped galvanized steel, Structural Grade 33
    • Standard protective coating equal or superior to ASTM A653 coating designation G-60 minimum.
    • 20 gauge

    Slidable Strap:
    • ASTM A653, structural grade 80, galvanized steel.
    • Standard protective coating equal or superior to ASTM A653 coating designation G-60 minimum.
    • Dimensions: .750" x .024"
    • Outside radius of 7 inches can be formed

    2" x 6" Flex-C Plate has the same pivotal sections, slidable straps, and holes as the 2" x 4" plus these additional features.
    • Raised ridges on each pivotal section provide extra strength for the track
    • Tabs provide extra support and keep the track from bowing during installation
    • Outside radius of 18 inches can be formed
    • 20 gauge
