The PF2 induced draft, counterflow unit is designed for systems that benefit from dry operation in severe cold weather. The PF2 offers the flexibility to operate in evaporative cooling mode to minimize energy usage, or in dry mode for extreme winter conditions. BAC’s patent pending OptiSpray™ Technology optimizes spray coverage to fully wet the coil and provide up to 60% reduced pump energy over competitor units. The PF2 is the ideal choice for counterflow unit replacement or expansion projects.
Note: The PF2 has been replaced with the PFi. The PF2 will continue to be available for applications that require finned coils.
