The Fireglide Temperature fire resistant sliding door consists of one door leaf that is made up of several panels (300 to 1600 mm), a rail that is attached to the wall or ceiling, a weight tube with counterweight and a closing profile into which the door leaf falls.
DOOR LEAF
The exterior of the panels from which the door leaf is constructed is made of galvanized or coated structural steel. It is possible to design the Fireglide sliding door with an escape door in the door leaf. It can also accommodate a viewing window of up to 400 x 400 mm. The thickness of the door leaf is 62 mm.
OPERATION
The operation is manually operated as standard, provided the weight of the door allows this. Otherwise an electric drive is necessary. In the event of a fire alarm, the door closes by means of an adhesive magnet.
