Waterproofing of swimming pool with AQUAMAT-ELASTIC and painting with epoxy coating EPOXYCOAT-S

AQUAMAT-ELASTIC forms a seamless, jointless membrane and works as the waterproofing layer of the system. It is CE marked according to EN 14891 and EN 1504-2, certified as Emicode 1 plus, certified as root resistant and suitable for potable water tanks and sewage water contact. Before the application of the epoxy coating, the two-component, water-based epoxy primer EPOXYPRIMER-500 (CE marked according to EN 13813) should be applied on the hardened surface of AQUAMAT-ELASTIC. Two-component epoxy coating EPOXYCOAT-S (CE marked according to EN 1504-2) is the final layer of the system, offering chemical and abrasion resistance.
