Traditional Swing Cold Storage Door

The SSB/SHS is a traditional style, insulated, single swing cold storage door that allows quick and easy access between separated, envrionmentally controlled spaces.
The door panel sub-frame consists of a rigid polymer extrusion providing a complete front-to-back thermal break. Blocking is used at all hinge, handle, and hardware attachment points. The panel is foamed in place with at least 4” of polyurethane insulation. A panel-mounted gasket with floor sweep maintains a seal. The casing frame is made of aircraft grade extruded aluminum for durability and low maintenance. A choice of bullet style, traditional cam lift or strap hinges are standard. A single point, pad-locakble latch with inside release is standard. Rotary compression latch, windows, spring-assisted hinges, door closers, kick plates, bump and panic bars can be added to meet your requirements and building codes. On freezers, the door panel is supplied with threshold heat and the casing frame has three-sided heat on sweep bottom applications.
