ISOCLIP

ISOCLIP® is the porcelain stoneware cladding system for external thermal insulation. Aesthetic and insulation tailored to your needs. The new ISOCLIP® system is the ideal solution for external wall insulation combined with porcelain stoneware cladding. By combining the qualities of ceramic material with an innovative application system, ISOCLIP® ensures high performance, maximum versatility, and complete creative freedom. ISOCLIP® consists of an insulating panel with a porcelain stoneware tile applied on top. In a single, ready-to-use panel, thermal and acoustic insulation is provided along with the beauty of external wall finishes, thanks to the installation of tiles with the desired look. ISOCLIP® therefore guarantees: • Fast installation, even in severe thermo-hygrometric conditions • High impact resistance • Zero maintenance • Wide range of finishes and colors • Three types of insulating materials available: Aerogel, Glass Wool, EPS From an aesthetic point of view, ISOCLIP® offers a wide selection of porcelain stoneware finishes and colors in a 60x120 cm format. It is also possible to choose from selected 120x120 cm floor tile series with a 2 cm thickness to create visual continuity between the vertical wall finish and the horizontal flooring. ISOCLIP® is a patented system. ISOCLIP® provides a safe and long-lasting solution to ensure the building’s thermal and acoustic insulation, as well as protection against impacts. In addition to the adhesive, four specially shaped mechanical anchors, fix the porcelain stoneware tile to both the insulating panel and the building itself, allowing the cladding to withstand long-term stresses without requiring any maintenance.

Specifikation

ISOCLIP® with Aerogel-based Insulation ISOCLIP® with silica Aerogel-based insulation is a 600x1200 mm panel combined with Porcelain Stoneware (6–10 mm), equipped with stainless steel safety hooks. It features Euroclass A2-S1 D0 fire resistance according to DIN 13501-1 and a thermal conductivity of 0.016 W/mK, in compliance with UNI EN 12667. The Aerogel-based insulation is available in various thicknesses, from a minimum of 20 mm up to 60 mm. ISOCLIP® with EPS Insulation ISOCLIP® with high-density graphite-enhanced EPS insulation is a 600x1200 mm panel combined with Porcelain Stoneware (6–10 mm), equipped with stainless steel safety hooks. It features Euroclass E fire resistance according to DIN 13501-1 and a thermal conductivity of 0.031 W/mK, in compliance with UNI EN 13163. EPS insulation is available in various thicknesses, from a minimum of 80 mm up to 160 mm. ISOCLIP® with Glass Wool Insulation ISOCLIP® with glass wool insulation is a 600x1200 mm panel combined with Porcelain Stoneware (6–10 mm), equipped with stainless steel safety hooks. It features Euroclass A2-S1 D0 fire resistance according to DIN 13501-1 and a thermal conductivity of 0.037 W/mK, in compliance with UNI EN 12667. Glass wool insulation is available in various thicknesses, from a minimum of 80 mm up to 160 mm. All ISOCLIP® panels are CAM-certified
