Rated Two-Piece Tube & 2PC (Level 4-8)

The TSS 5.5 Framing System is ideal for storefronts, interior doors, and windows that need to provide bulletproof protection while meeting modern aesthetic requirements. The TSS-BL5.5 bullet-resistant aluminum frame is designed to accept bullet-resistant glazing (glass clad polycarbonate) materials from ¾” to 2½” thick. The extruded aluminum is UL tested to UL Level 1-8. It is also tested through ASTM thick aluminum walls and ballistic framing joints.

OPTIONS

  • Glazing ¾” to 2 1/2” thick
  • Clear anodized finish
  • Dark bronze anodized finish
  • Custom anodized finishes
  • Channels are 3 7/8” to 4 7/8” wide and 1 1/2” tall
  • Other custom coating options are available upon inquiry.
