Prefabricated office structures are useful for creating enclosed space inside of larger structures
Structure includes doors, windows, lighting fixtures, duplex outlets, and electrical distribution equipment
Entire office can be easily moved using the forklift pockets

This is a project file with all standard-sized prefabricated offices. You may either select the size that works best and copy it into your project or use the system family types to draw your own.

Floor
- 2"x6" C channel perimeter frame with included forklift slots
- Galvanized steel weather shield covers entire floor assembly
- 2"x4" lumber floor joists spaced 12" OC
- R-11 fiberglass batt insulation
- Floor decking constructed of 3/4" plywood and 1/8" vinyl floor tile
Walls
- 2"x4" nominal lumber wall studs spaced 16" OC
- R-11 fiberglass batt insulation
- Interior wall covered with 1/2" gypsum board with laminated vinyl covering
- Exterior steel siding attached to 1/8" structural sheathing with waterproofing
Ceiling and Roof
- Interior ceiling height is 8'-0"
- Roof framing is made of 2"x4" lumber spaced 16" OC
- R-11 fiberglass batt insulation
- Interior ceiling finished with 1/2" gyspum board
- Exterior roof sheathed with 7/16" plywood covered with 4mm vapor barrier
- Roof covered with 30 gauge galvanized steel
Windows
- Fixed glass picture window
- Double insulated glazing with vinyl perimeter
- Fixed in place with silicone-based sealent
- Sliding windows optional
Exterior Doors
- Sandwich-type doors with aluminum faces, foam interior core, and wood perimeter
- Welded aluminum frame
- Heavy duty metal hingers
- Single fixed tempered glass pane
Interior Lighting
- 4' T8 twin tube
- Acrylic diffuser cover
Electrical Service Panel
- Preqired service panel
- Includes 60-amp main breaker, 15-amp lighting breaker, 20-amp receptacle breaker
- Additional breakers available on request
- Standard service 240/120V, single phase, 60 cycle
