15kW-22kW Variable Speed Fan Control Panel

The 15kW - 22kW Variable Speed Fan Control Panel is a PLC-driven smoke ventilation control solution operating at 400 V, 3-phase, 50 Hz, providing precise management of duty and standby fans for complex, multi-zone applications. Integrated Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) allow multiple programmable fan speeds, while both hard-wired and networked activation options support flexible system design. External firefighter key switch inputs, reversible airflow capability, and compatibility with twin- or triple-shaft push/pull systems further enhance operational performance.

The panel incorporates extensive monitoring features, including support for up to 50 pressure sensors, environmental fan control, and a range of damper actuation options. System status is indicated via front-panel LEDs, with Volt-Free Contacts (VFCs) for BMS integration, optional Cloudlink remote monitoring, and compatibility with the SHEVTEC Repeater Panel. An optional BS 8519 ATS-compliant configuration is available, and the panel is designed and tested to BS EN 60204-1:2018, BS ISO 21927-9:2012, and EN 12101-3.
