The system structure
The frame is composed of vertical and horizontal profiles and bracing diagonals in pre-galvanised steel connected together by means of collaboration plates and provided with holes and notches that make the system modular and adaptable. The anchoring is carried out chemically: a specific certified resin is injected into holes of suitable diameter and depth; then a threaded rod of class 8.8 steel is inserted.
Thermal insulation and finishing
There are several insulation and finishing solutions guaranteed by the Resisto 5.9 Tube system: the traditional thermal coat, the ventilated façade, the counter-wall system and the innovative ‘photovoltaic façade’. The latter option, thanks to the use of photovoltaic sheets, also guarantees energy production.
System design
The anti-seismic coat is designed according to the structural project developed by the technician in charge.
Following a precision geometric survey of the building and analysis of the load-bearing structures, the three-dimensional model of the system is created. Subsequently, the information required for installation is translated into the assembly drawing, which is supplied to the installation company together with the Resisto 5.9 Tube components. This procedure has a number of advantages, including the reduction of work on site and the elimination of scrap.
The advantages of Resisto 5.9 Tube
- Seismic improvement and thermal insulation in one operation
- High degree of design freedom
- Reduction of site work
- Elimination of processing waste.
- Non-invasive intervention
- Energy saving
