Product:

• PANEL: Thickness: 45mm - 60mm - 80mm - 100mm - 120mm - 145mm
  160mm - 180mm - 200mm
• ROLL: Thickness: 50mm - 80mm - 100mm - 120mm

Standard width: 600 mm.
For rolls < 120mm: specific dimensioning on request (widths from 40 to 240 cm).

Composition:

• 85% recycled textiles (including minimum content of 70% of cotton)
• 15% polyester binder
• Fireproof, anti-fungal and anti-bacterial treatment in the heart of the fibre

Performance:

• THERMIC:

Thermal conductivity: : λ = 0,039 W/mK

Specific heat: Cp = 1600 J/kg.K (see Th-U rules)

Dephasing: raw product 5h* / implemented product up to 8h* (calculation based on 240mm thickness)

• WATER BEHAVIOUR:

Water absorption capacity (NF EN 1609): Wp = 3.73 Kg/m².

Partial wetting (ACERMI standard): Δ= 0mm (i.e. no variation in thickness observed)

Water vapour transmission (NF EN 12086) : Permeance W = 5.46; Water vapour resistance factor µ = 1.47

• MECHANIC:

Density: 20 kg/m3

Semi-rigid from 80 mm thickness

Thickness regain after compression: 100%.

• ORGANIC: 

Fungal resistance (EN ISO 846 - Conidia - Test HR 95 - 28 °C - 28 days): Class 0 (Inert) (the environment is not conducive to the development of mould)

Moths: The method is adapted from EAD 040005-00-1201: The material is not conducive to the development and consumption of moths. They die at all stages (from starvation or active ingredient) without continuing their development and thus creating a contamination on a next generation.
