DCA horizontal dehumidifiers are well suited to those installations where the supply and return ductwork lends itself or when DCA dehumidifiers are selected to replace competitors horizontal air flow units. To facilitate installations these units can be ordered with either top or bottom air discharge to accommodate existing duct systems. They are available in a wide array of CFM’s from 650 (1.5 nominal ton) to 14,000 CFM’s (30 nominal tons) and can be had with pool water heating assist or outdoor remote condenser or external water for space cooling. Various types of room space heating options are available as well.

Pool water heating assist dehumidifiers are well suited to projects that feature large pool surface areas such as are typical in commercial applications, and are located in warm climates where the operation of the dehumidifier would spend much of its time operating in remote condenser mode providing room cooling. Typically these applications must include a primary water heating source as well.
