FLOORING IN PORPHYRY CRAZY STONE PAVING
Supply and laying of DelGorsa® or Camparta porphyry stone crazy paving flooring with natural surface finishing, corresponding to the characteristics of the "Porfido Trentino Controllato” trademark (“Regulated Trentino Porphyry”) and laid according to the indications provided by the C.M., executed through stone tiles in variable thickness 2/5cm with natural top and bottom side and raw edges, and an average diagonal of 20cm, installed on a foundation base of 6cm thickness, realized on a bedding layer .…(Splitflex®/Premflex®), according to UNI 11744-1: 2018 regulation and vehicular transit category.
Furthermore, the floor must have a friction coefficient in compliance with the provisions of Presidential Decree 24 July 1996, n. 503 containing rules for the elimination of architectural barriers in buildings, spaces and public services.
The price is meant to include and compensate for the cost of supply and installation of bedding layer, surface cement dusting for a minimum of 6 kg/m², vibration phase, surface cleaning with wooden sawdust, cut, wasting material, joint sealing (with premexed CemfugaXF4® cement grout), the compliance with EC marking and declaration of performance (DOP/DDP) according to EU 305/2011 and whatever shall be necessary to give a workmanlike job.
