Mounting:

Posts and trellis are drilled and threaded in place. Trellis is delivered in finished units. The hammer bands that are cut out are slanted towards the crossbars. The center section is screwed to the rafters from the bottom and nailed from the top. The roof panels are nailed from the top to the rafters. The pennant is attached from the underside with a mounting screw. All mounting brackets are included in the delivery.

Variants:

Standard color on steel, black or anthracite gray. Standard color on wood, gray-white. The trellis can be provided with a square perforated plate.

Material:

Steel: posts 108x3.6 / 50.8x3.0 mm. Trellis 25x3 mm, curled at the ends. Perforated sheet metal, thickness 2mm, perforation dimensions, grid size 10x10 gap width 4.0 mm. Roof construction in angle bar 75x50x5 and 50x40x5 mm. Round bar Ø 20 mm. All steel is blasted, galvanized, yellow chromated and powder coated in black RAL 9005 or Pig 900 Sablé anthracite gray. Attachment:

Posts cast 70 cm in the ground. Based on non-frost-repellent material, frost-free depth.

Maintenance:

Wood is painted as needed with paint in the corresponding color. Damage to steel is repaired with alkyd paint.
