Cable-guided basic awnings are a cost-effective, textile, external sun shading system with awning fabric that is wound and unwound on a shaft. The lateral guidance uses slender tension cables in which the awning fabric is guided with the end rail. The awning fabric is housed in an extruded aluminium box.
