Tophung rescue roof window - GTL/GTU

Enjoy all the comfort of a high-quality VELUX roof window with the added peace of mind of knowing that it can be used as a rescue opening. The top-hung VELUX roof exit rescue window opens outwards to 67˚ to allow for escape in an emergency situation.

Roof window GTL & GTU is top-hung and can be used as a rescue opening. The sash can remain open in any position up to an angle of 45°. In an emergency situation, the sash can be opened to an angle of 67° by pushing it further up.
The entire window opening now provides a quick and easy exit/entrance.
The roof window is operated at the bottom with a handle on the bottom sash.
The ventilation flap on the top sash allows fresh air to enter the room through a dust and insect filter. For easy cleaning of the outer glass surface, the roof window can also be operated as a centre-pivot roof window.
Frame and sash made of laminated pine wood & Polyurethane and the ventilation flap made of pine wood are finished with triple coat.
The exterior of the frame and sash is metal-clad and therefore maintenance-free.
The window is equipped with an insulating glass unit.

- White Paint (NCS standard colour: S 0500-N, nearest RAL standard colour: 9003).

Maintenance-free cover parts in three variations:.
- Aluminium dark grey (NCS standard colour: S 7500-N, nearest RAL standard colour 7043).
- Untreated Copper.
- Titanium Zinc.
