Supply and installation of a double automatic telescopic door type PORTALP RS12 TD G38

Compact header made of extruded aluminium
- reinforced aluminum header H120 x 296 mm with matt black aluminium end caps
- hinged cover opens upwards and can be held in the open position for maintenance operations.
- the cover can also be unhooked and held under the header
- double rolling rail fitted with rubber bushing to reduce noise and vibrations.
- 2 carriage rollers on each leaf with anti-unhinging rollers and adjustable suspensions.

The operator is equipped with :
- switch-mode power supply 110V-230V operating at 50-60 Hz with low power consumption adapted to all networks.
- brushless motor for precise control guarantees smooth leaf glide and reduces noise
- backup battery to ensure security in the event of a power cut
- a logic block that manages the operation of the door, communicates with all the peripherals, and provides continuous diagnosis of the door's operation
- CAN bus technology for connection of peripherals and to reduce interferences

Each panel is made with
- a 38-mm aluminum frame that can be mounted with windows up to 26 mm thick. This profiles range is robust and can integrate locking devices.
- each glazed leaf is mounted with neoprene seals for quick removal if the glass is broken.
- brush and rubber seals at the bottom and on the front ensure the door airtight.
- fingers protection safety edges between sliding surfaces are compliant with the EN 16005 standard
- customised finish according to RAL colours or anodised finish

The door is equipped with safety devices to ensure users and building protections:
- security on passage with inside/outside movement and presence sensors with dual technology (hyperfrequency and monitored infrared curtain)
- security on opening with infrared curtains
- emergency exit module using intrinsic mechanical energy, in compliance with current standards EN16005 / CO48
- battery backup in case of power failure
- electromechanical locking
- manual key locking with cylinder or half cylinder, for G38 frame

Various control systems can complement the installation to facilitate operation or in/out access controls:
- remote control of the door by smartphone in Bluetooth low energy mode
- Android or iOs application dedicated to the management of automatic doors and allowing a permanent diagnosis of the door status.
