ARDEX X 5™ Flexible Tile and Stone Mortar

The ideal everyday solution for the installation of large format tiles. A highly versatile, polymer modified mortar with an easy to apply creamy consistency ideal for setting all sizes of porcelain, ceramic, quarry, mosaic and most natural stone tile over common interior surfaces and exterior concrete and masonry surfaces.

ARDEX X 5™ is also ideal for the setting of decoupling mats such as Schluter® DITRA mats. For a rapid set installation of decoupling mats use ARDEX S 28™ MICROTEC® Rapid-Set, Rapid-Dry, Super-Format Tile and Uncoupling Membrane Mortar

Mixing Ratio: 6 - 7 quarts (5.68 - 6.6 L) of water per 40 lb. (18 kg) bag
For smaller batches, use 2.25 parts powder to 1 part water by volume
