Vetonit - Vetotop UL171 - Self smoothening medium duty polyurethane hybrid flooring system

Vetotop UL171 is a single-layer, seamless, solvent-free, polyurethane flooring system with a smooth matt surface finish. It has high impact resistance and withstands abrasive wear and a wide spectrum of chemicals. The product is a component system consisting of a base, hardener, and powder filler.

The system comprises:

• Layer 1: Substrate - Concrete Slab
• Layer 2: Scratch Coat - Vetotop UL171 - Hygienic medium-duty polyurethane self-smoothening flooring
• Layer 3: Polyurethane self-smoothening - Vetotop UL171 - Hygienic medium-duty polyurethane self-smoothening flooring
• Layer 4: Line marking - Vetotop UC373 - Line marking polyurethane coating for traffic

Uses

• Where maximum flooring chemical resistance is required in setups where food and beverage & pharmaceutical is produced. It’s also ideal for chemical plants.
