Vetonit - Vetotop CS537 - Thick Cementitious bonded screed 20-100 thick

Vetotop CS537 is a single component cementitious bonded floor screed composed of hydraulic binders, silica sand, selected aggregates, and special additives. It is supplied as a dry powder in pre-weighed bags ready to use on-site. Once mixed, it will form a trowel-able screed mortar applied in thicknesses between 20 and 100 mm.

The system comprises:

• Layer 1: Substrate - Concrete Slab
• Layer 2: Bonding Agent - Vetobond EB430 - Epoxy adhesive / bonding agent solvent-free
• Layer 3: Underlayment - Vetotop CS537 - Premixed cement screed floor 20-100 mm thickness
• Layer 4: Floor Covering - Floor coverings such as carpet, parquet, tiles, vinyl, etc.

Uses:

• Leveling of concrete slabs before the application of final floor coverings such as tiles and resinous systems.

• Screeding over hollow-core pre-cast concrete slabs.
