Footrest: 

• All bases standard with plastic glides.

Glides: 

• All chairs and footrest standard with plastic glides 
• Optional felt glide is available GL-Felt no charge at the time of order 
• The Wire base chair and footrest can be ordered without glides GL-Frame no charge at the time of order

Headrest: 

• Only available on the high back version.Must be specified at the time of order.Headrest is permanently fastened in the factory so it can not be added or removed in the field.

Shells: 

• Mid Back molded foam 
• High Back - Multi-density molded foam

Mechanism:only on specific models 

• Mechanism allows for seat to tilt or lock in an upright position. 
• Mechanism and release lever will always be matte black
