Medium Pressure Partially Closed Venturi Valve

Triatek’s Medium Pressure Partially Closed Venturi Valves are constructed primarily with heavy gauge aluminum, and feature a blend of stainless steel and Teflon® components to extend valve life while keeping energy costs to a minimum.
This Venturi valve is pressure independent and maintains a constant CFM at a specific actuator position over a range of 0.6” to 3” wc with accuracy of +/- 5%. It does not require long straight runs for proper operation. Single valve flow rates range from 35 – 2100 CFM depending on the valve size.
The Medium Pressure Partially Closed Venturi Valve arrives on-site calibrated and ready for installation. For installations that will encounter harsh chemicals in the air stream Triatek offers Kynar® and Heresite® coatings to prevent corrosion.
