Type BV-GD-THERMO | Insulated steel floor hatch, odor- and nearly watertight, equipped with gas struts. Made from 2 mm cold-formed steel, to be filled with concrete C35/45. Installation height: 75 mm, tray depth: 50 mm. Breaking load: 125 kN according to EN 124. Z-profile includes rigid polyurethane insulation board with aluminum protective layers; thermal resistance (RC value): 3.7 m²K/W. High-quality, chemical-resistant sealing. Effortless one-hand operation thanks to stainless steel hinge and integrated gas struts. Fall-back protection included; hinge side fitted with 2 U-shaped anchors with mounting holes. Easy mounting via hex bolts. Hot-dip galvanized and delivered complete with all accessories and clear instructions.
