Multifix™

ROCKWOOL Multifix™ is a high-density insulation board with a mineral-coated fiberglass facer, designed for low-slope roof applications. The product provides added flexibility as a substrate compatible with torched, hot mopped, self-adhered, cold-adhered, and liquid applied membrane systems.

Non-combustible in nature, Multifix™ will not develop toxic smoke or promote flame spread even when directly exposed to fire. Also offering improved sound absorbency and dimensional stability, Multifix™ is designed to maintain performance for the long-term as part of your building envelope.

Multifix™ has exclusive stone wool dual-density properties that feature a higher-density top layer that provides strong point load resistance and effective load distribution to minimize puncture damage to the membrane. This is particularly important during installation and maintenance where occasional foot traffic impacts the boards, as well as during severe weather.

This roofing product can be used as an insulating coverboard over other insulations to provide improved performance by regulating the temperature of the thermal insulation. ROCKWOOL also offers tapered to zero panels and fabricated accessories such as flute fillers and cant strips.
