This alarm control panel is excellent for sites where you want a clear graphic alarm control panel that provides easy but safe monitoring and control of the facility. In many workplaces, employees find handling the alarm a problem. They prefer not to arrive to the workplace first or leave last to avoid dealing with the alarm, for fear something will go wrong. Flexible configuration between the R-CARD M5 system and the alarm control panel, which is connected via IP local bus directly to the UC-50 controller and is included as a unit in the R-CARD M5 MEGA system. The display supports Desfire EV2 and can after simple programming display floor plans that graphically indicate alarm area status (armed and disarmed) and show activated, malfunctioning or bypassed alarm sections. Clear symbols indicate the type of alarm, and for each one a general or specific instruction text can be displayed for errors that may prevent arming the alarm.

The system’s doors can be shown on the floor plan in the same way. For example, symbols show whether the door is open or closed, locked or unlocked, propped open or forced open. You can also control your doors directly in the control panel, which means that you can easily open, lock or time-control specific doors. In practice this means that you can enter temporary hours for the doors to be unlocked, for example, and at the same time specify when the affected doors are to return to their normal schedule.
