WE CAN'T BE CRUSHED!
With the Joto-Vent being installed between the concrete foundation and the sill plate, it supports the entire weight of the house. Some people may wonder "Will it crush?"

No, we can't be crushed. The vent is made of a composite material that consists of calcium carbonate and polyolefin composite. It has an allowable load of 4,812 pounds per lineal foot of Joto-Vent. The sill plate will crush before crushing Joto-Vent.
