SureClose® ConcealFit Gates

SureClose® CONCEALFIT Gate Closer & Hinge Sets are designed to replace conventional, bulky commercial gate hinges and closers. These high-quality, hydraulic hinge-closer units provide a concealed finish, a highly adjustable self-closing function and burglary and vandalism resistance. When closed, the SureClose® CONCEALFIT system cannot be seen or tampered with. Superb engineering and patented design allow total concealment of the hinge-closer unit in a remarkably small housing. SureClose® CONCEALFIT features ‘Final Snap-Close Action’, which increases speed at the end of closing to ensure latching and to overcome electric or coded locks. Soft, quiet closure protects the gate’s latching/locking system. 'Closing Speed', 'Final Snap-Close' and ‘Backcheck' are adjustable using a simple Allen key. The hinge-closer is easily adjustable in three dimensions (horizontal, vertical and in/out) for fine positioning and speedy gate alignment. Gate gaps can be as low as 5⁄64”, which means no exposed parts to serve as a climbing foothold, thereby increasing security. This hinge-closer set also features UL10C fire-rating, is tested to ADA standards and is independently tested to over 500,000 open/close cycles. Designed to never leak hydraulic fluid, the SureClose® CONCEALFIT technology is extremely safe and will not present resistance if closed quickly in an emergency. SureClose® CONCEALFIT is suitable for pool and safety gates*. With NO hold-open feature, it opens to, and self-closes from, 125˚. Weld boxes for aluminum or steel gates, and routing templates for wood gates, are sold separately. All SureClose® CONCEALFIT housings are made of high-grade aluminum.
