Caviti® C10 Floor slabs for the construction of ventilated floors.

Permanent formwork on the roof slab, for a raised floor ventilated by means of a chamber, CAVITI® C-10 SYSTEM of prefabricated modular elements in thermo-injected recycled PP-PET with reaction to fire Class E. The modular pieces will be 10 cm height adequate to the useful overloads expressed in the calculation documents and foreseen geometries. Including assembly of the system, following the indicative arrows printed from left to right in rows, forming every four modules, a hermetic support pillar on the flat support surface (base module 780x580 mm. 26.5 pillars/m2 resulting in a support surface of 1.696 cm2/m2), which will be filled with Concrete HM-25 N/mm2, plastic consistency, Tmax.20 mm., for normal environment, made in central, even poured, compacted according to EUROCODE, p.p. vibrated, leveled and cured on screeds, forming a 5 cm compression layer. Electro-welded mesh with corrugated steel B 500 T of D=6 mm in a 15x15 cm grid, placed on site, i/p.p. of tie wire and openings for ventilation. It is recommended to use final closing pieces by rigid expanded polystyrene plate 3 cm thick (not included). Measure the executed surface applying the laying performance expressed by the manufacturer. Product with EPD Certificate.
