NEO Tunnel Box for Roller Blinds

Insulated Tunnel Box for Roller Blinds, by CAJAISLANT®, part of the NEO family and certified by Passive House. It features external access to the inspection panel with a bottom-opening system.

This product is assembled in the factory and custom-cut to size. It is manufactured through a highly industrialized process using Neopor® (40 kg/m³), which provides excellent mechanical resistance as well as outstanding thermal and acoustic insulation (λ = 0.031 W/m·K).

Its aluminum exterior profiles, along with the option to add static brackets, enhance window stability against wind loads. Additionally, the patented design of its interior profiles, connections, and side end caps—made of PVC, ABS+POM, and foamed PVC—ensures thermal bridge breakage.

The NEO model offers two installation options: as a tunnel box (supported on masonry jambs) or as a compact box (fixed onto a subframe with lateral connection plates).
